The Association of Internet Users (AUI) is a non-profit organization, was established in Madrid, with national scope, on July 5, 1995. It is registered in the General Registry of Associations of the Ministry of the Interior with the number 160.095 and its Tax Identification Number (CIF) is G-81235996 and its postal address is Apdo. postal: 29136, 28080 Madrid, Spain (further as ‘the Data Controller’ or ‘we’) protects your information and your privacy and processes your personal data (further as ‘data’) following the requirements provided by the relevant laws.

This privacy policy (further as ‘the Privacy Policy’) describes how do we process your data and shall help to understand:
• which data of yours do we process;
• what are the purposes of this processing;
• what are the legal bases for your data processing;
• what are our legitimate interests to process your data;
• for how long we keep your data;
• whether you have any obligation to provide us your data and what are the possible consequences in case you would choose not to do so;
• who else can receive your data;
• how do we secure your data;
• what are your rights with regard to processing of your data.

2. Which data do we process, why and for how long?

We may collect your data on the website https://www.pimcity.eu/ through the use of cookies for statistical purposes. The website address from which you visited us from (if any), the parts of our website that you visit, the date and duration of your visit, your pseudonymised IP address (only the first 16 bits of the address in a A.B.0.0/16 format), information about the device (device type, operating system, screen resolution, default language, and web browser type) you used during your visit, and the country you are visiting from – derived from your IP address. We are allowed to process it in case you give us a consent (on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation). 3 months.
We may also process your data for processing queries, requests or complaints submitted by you in order to handle them, as well as to engage in legal proceedings related to you. Name, surname, e-mail address, organisation, phone number, query, request or complaint, our correspondence and documents that are necessary for handling the particular query, request or complaint or for engaging in legal proceedings related to you. We are allowed to process it on the basis of legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation. 5 years.

3. Do you have an obligation to provide your data?
• You have no obligation to provide a consent for cookies that would be used for statistical purposes. Rest assured that in case you do not give a consent for these cookies, it will not have any negative impact on your experience on our website.
• In case you would like to submit a complaint, query or request, you may need to provide us with your data that is necessary to handle these inquiries of yours. In case you would not provide us with such data, we may be not be able to handle your inquiries.

• We host the website in our premises, and we manage it ourselves. We do not use any third-party cookies and services.

• You can ask to transfer (receive) your data which is processed automatically and is provided to us by your consent or under the contract.
• You can withdraw your consent given to us regarding processing of your personal data.
